Todd Streeter, LEED AP
Vice President of Engineering
Todd Streeter is the Vice President of Engineering for the Mechanical division of EMCOR Services Betlem. His responsibilities include oversight of the sales, estimating, shipping, and receiving, project management and unionized labor work force of the mechanical construction department. Todd also contributes significantly to client retention and the service, financial, residential, and IT departments. As a key member of the Betlem Leadership team, he actively participates in the overall strategic direction of the company.
Todd’s personal interest in sustainable design and construction has brought significant energy reduction strategies, designs, and energy efficiency rebates to his clients and their facilities.
Todd has extensive expertise in designing and engineering HVAC systems, and in analyzing their economic performance. Over the years, he has accumulated considerable knowledge of complete systems, chiller plants, process projects, boiler systems, and packaged rooftop units, as well as direct digital controls (DDC) and systems integration. Among project categories, his specialties are mission-critical facilities, process/manufacturing plants, industrial facilities, and commercial buildings.
Todd earned an Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alfred State College. In 1986 wanting to join the work force, he embarked on his career with a local Andover controls company. In 1987 he joined the Betlem Service family. Since that point he has contributed to the company’s growth through his experience as an estimator, project manager, and division manager. His specialty is in commercial HVAC systems design build engineering.
Todd prides himself in complete turnkey projects requiring conceptual design, budgeting, estimating, AutoCAD drawing development, project management, close out, and training. He especially enjoys the interaction with owners, managers, and other professional contractors that is required to make a project successful.
Todd is an accredited professional in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED AP) since 2008. He also holds a class IB heating contractors license in the City of Buffalo.
