Eric is committed to energy efficient, safe, and comfortable homes. His whole home comfort approach assures that all heating and cooling systems work correctly and that the customer receives maximum benefit from their investment. He is certified by the Building Performance Institute, the recognized leader in developing technical standards for the home performance industry across North America.
Eric’s responsibilities include home heating and air conditioning replacement equipment sales as well as sales in the residential construction and new build market. He works directly with the residential HVAC service and sales people to maintain a high level of customer service and also handles all of the organizational needs in the department. From time to time he can be found handling complex home heating, ventilation, and air conditioning service problems.
Expertise
Eric has over twenty-six years in the residential HVAC industry and began his career as a mechanical installation technician in 1984. He joined the Betlem Service team in 1990 and was promoted to Service manager in 1994. In 2004 he was named the manager of the residential heating and cooling division that services the city of Rochester and all of the surrounding counties.
In 1991 he completed a four year apprenticeship program as the class valedictorian and has been involved in hundreds of industry certifications and training classes. His hands on experience in residential, multi-family, light commercial, and advanced technology HVAC combined with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction have assisted with his ongoing success at EMCOR.
