Eric St. John, who has over 26 years in the residential HVAC industry, began his career as an installation technician in 1984. He joined the Betlem Service team in 1990 and was promoted to service manager in 1994. In 2004, he was named manager of the residential division that services the city of Rochester and all of the surrounding counties.  

Eric’s responsibilities include replacement equipment sales as well as sales in the residential construction and new build market. He works directly with the residential service and sales people to maintain a high level of customer service and also handles all of the organizational needs in the department. From time to time, he can be found handling difficult service problems.

Expertise
He is committed to energy efficiency, building systems and understanding how they interact with each other. His whole home approach assures that all building systems work correctly and that the customer receives maximum benefit from their investment. He is certified by Building Performance Institute, the recognized leader in developing technical standards for the home performance industry across North America.

In 1991, he completed a four year apprenticeship program as the class valedictorian and has been involved in hundreds of industry certifications and training classes. His hands-on experience in all areas of residential and light commercial HVAC, along with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, have assisted with his ongoing success in the industry.

The Personal Side   

Eric enjoys golf, coaching his daughters' softball teams and participating in his family's activities.
