Cindy joined Betlem Service in August of 2002. She brought with her over ten years of communications and work flow management experience. She supervised the flow of all creative work from concept to production for three major-market advertising agencies in Rochester, NY, Washington, DC and Charlotte, NC; a position that is the central nervous system in the industry.
After just over a year, Cindy was promoted into the role of heating & cooling service dispatch. With it came the entire customer service functions inherent in the position. She manages the multiple steps involved in delivering responsive, quality home heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, and energy audit services from call reception thru the service visit and possible follow-up, while handling all customer and/or technician needs great or small. Central to the success of the day-to-day service operations is the effective working relationships that have been built between Cindy and the heating cooling technicians.
She earned her Associates Degree with a business focus from State University of New York at Morrisville and also studied advertising design at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Personal Side
A long-time city-resident, Cindy takes advantage of local arts events, parks and cafes. She also enjoys sporting events and joining in a game of softball.
