As Controller and Chief Financial Officer, Garry’s focus is on financial consistency and excellence at EMCOR Services Betlem. He is involved in all day-to-day financial aspects of the company working in conjunction with our leadership team. Garry is responsible for financial reporting, financial policy development and implementation, logistics, office operations, IT/Network, credit and collections, accounts payable, risk management, safety, and human resources. Garry ensures that processes and procedures are in place to meet our clients' end-to-end needs. As a key member of the leadership team, he actively participates in the overall strategic direction of the commercial HVAC and facilities services company.

 

Expertise

Garry has over 32 years of public and industry accounting experience, including 29 years as Chief Financial Officer and Controller at Betlem. Garry’s proven experience in the financial and operational aspects of our service, commercial installation, and residential businesses qualify him as a unique leader capable of adding value to the Betlem team in its objectives of serving customers and profitably growing the business. Garry holds a Bachelor's degree, Honors, from New York’s Rochester Institute of Technology and has over 30 years of experience in accounting, banking, real estate, and insurance administration.
