Brian has a proven track record of superior leadership, with solid communication and organizational skills. Brian’s experience in energy, building performance analysis, NYSERDA rebate programs, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting, completes the full service team at EMCOR Services Betlem. In addition, by applying his knowledge of utility rates, he provides expert energy audit and evaluation, cost forecasting and payback analyses for energy projects, helps facilities clients obtain cost-saving energy rebates and assists utilities with rebate validation. To keep the firm and its building and industrial energy efficiency management and services on the leading edge, he also tracks and analyzes the viability of emerging technologies to determine which ones EMCOR can effectively incorporate into its core technology solutions. His core strengths are project management, leadership, and team building with experience in project planning, project management, implementation, vendor relations, and inventory control to ensure client satisfaction.

Brian brings over fifteen years of diverse experience focused on energy management, team development, and leadership. His broad array of experience ranges from field service work to complete building performance analysis and rebate program applications. Brian has performed energy audits, benchmarking, and building performance assessments on commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. Brian has experience in project management of detailed energy studies on complete facilities, HVAC equipment, lighting, controls, industrial process equipment, and industrial process systems. He has the value of having worked in the field as an HVAC Technician. Brian also has twelve years of experience as a results-driven Educator and Coach. Brian currently serves as EMCOR Services Betlem’s Energy and Building Performance Engineer and is pursuing his CEM certification. In his personal life, Brian coaches lacrosse at LeMoyne college, and he won National Coach of the Year from the USILA (United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association) in 2006. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in History from Ithaca College and a Master’s of Science with a major in Education from LeMoyne College.
Brian’s years of experience in various industries has enabled him to learn the many facets of building systems (HVAC), vendor relations, inventory control, project planning, and implementation. His energy consultancy expertise is in working with clients to help them address their most pressing challenges, analyze their requirements, and identify effective solutions.
